Brown Jordan Chaise Lounge Replacement Cushions — Custom-Cut to Any Model

A Brown Jordan lounger is a long-term purchase. The aluminum frames from the Florentine, Venetian, Quantum, and Fusion collections stay on patios for decades, which means most owners will need cushions more than once — and by the second round, the original pattern, size, or entire collection has usually been retired.

USCUSHION cuts a new Brown Jordan chaise lounge replacement cushion to the exact dimensions of your frame, whether that is a classic 24" × 77" × 3" Florentine profile or something you measure yourself. Choose 60D high-density foam and an outdoor marine-grade fabric, and the cushion arrives matched to the frame you already own.

Why customers choose us:

• Cut to your frame: Made to your exact length, width, thickness, and back angle, including the slim 3" profiles these aluminum loungers were designed around.
• Fits retired collections: No original SKU needed. Florentine, Venetian, Quantum, Fusion, and older lines are all handled the same way — by measurement.
• High-density foam that lasts: 60D high-density foam (about 3.7 lb/ft³), backed by a 5-year guarantee against sagging, so a premium frame gets a cushion worth its build.
• Outdoor-ready fabric: Marine-grade, water-repellent, fade- and mildew-resistant fabric for full sun, poolside, and coastal patios.
• Matched sets: Order several loungers at once and they arrive in the same fabric and dye lot, so the patio reads as a set again.
• Removable YKK cover: Unzips for washing and air-drying, then goes back on cleanly.

Brown Jordan aluminum frames are built to last decades — the cushions almost never do. When the original Florentine, Venetian, Quantum, or Fusion chaise cushion wears out or the line is discontinued, the frame is still perfectly good. We cut a replacement chaise lounge cushion to your Brown Jordan model's exact length, width, and thickness so it fits the frame the way the original did — no settling for a universal pad that hangs over the edge or leaves the frame exposed.

Perfect for:

• Discontinued Brown Jordan chaise lines — Florentine (24″ W × 77″ D), Venetian, Quantum, Fusion, and older collections no longer stocked
• Poolside and full-sun Brown Jordan loungers that need UV-resistant, marine-grade outdoor fabric
• Frames where the OEM replacement cushion is backordered, unavailable, or priced far above a custom-cut equivalent
• Estate and resort settings running Brown Jordan sets that need matched cushions cut to one consistent spec
• Older powder-coated frames still in great shape that just need fresh foam and fabric

Measure your existing cushion or frame, and we cut the seat and back as a matched set to fit. Seat-only configurations are available. Not affiliated with or endorsed by Brown Jordan; we manufacture custom-fit replacement cushions to fit Brown Jordan frames.

Brown Jordan furniture lives outdoors in full sun, so the replacement cushion fabric has to hold color and resist mildew across seasons — not just look right on day one.

All fabrics are:

• Available in outdoor performance grades — solution-dyed polyester and performance canvas resist UV fading, mildew, and moisture on pool deck and patio Brown Jordan loungers
• Available in waterproof outdoor fabric for coastal and high-humidity climates
• Removable via YKK zipper cover for washing
• Offered in a wide color and pattern range to match your existing Brown Jordan set, with samples available before ordering

For full-sun Brown Jordan frames, solution-dyed performance fabric is the reliable default — color runs through the fiber, so UV exposure will not strip it across a season.
