To keep shipping costs low and ensure smooth delivery, please keep the following in mind when placing your order.

    Double-check your shipping address. Incorrect addresses can delay delivery or result in returned packages. Please verify your address carefully before confirming your order.

    Business addresses are treated as residential. Businesses operating outside of a dedicated commercial facility will be classified as a residential address, and delivery charges will apply accordingly.

    Provide an accurate phone number. If an issue arises with your shipment, we need a reliable way to reach you. Carriers will often call ahead to confirm someone is available to accept delivery — if they cannot reach you, your shipment may not be delivered.

    View your delivery status. You'll see your order details and real-time tracking information, including current location and estimated delivery date.

Large orders

Multiple packages

For large orders, your items may arrive in more than one shipment due to package size or weight. You will never be charged extra for split shipments — all packages are covered under your original order's free shipping.
