• Send Your Info: Send us your measurements and photos of your sofa base. If you have a hand-drawn sketch, we’ll check if the proportions are "human-friendly" and offer expert advice.
  
• Final Quote: Once we confirm the size, foam, and fabric, we’ll give you the final price. Your $30 deposit will be deducted from this total.
  Note: If you change your mind before production, we’ll refund your deposit—no questions asked.

Almost, but not 100%. Because our cushions are handmade, a 0-2cm size difference is normal. This small margin is standard in the industry and isn't a reason for a return. However, if there is a major mistake, we will remake and resend the correct one for you immediately.

Probably not. Every screen (phone vs. laptop) displays colors differently. Because of this, slight color shifts aren't considered a quality issue.
