In order to keep shipping costs as low as possible and to provide you with the best possible service, here are some tips for online checkout.

(1) Make sure your shipping address is correct.
(2) Businesses operating outside of a residence will be considered a residential address and any delivery charges will be charged as such.
(3) When placing an order online, provide an accurate phone number. If something goes wrong with your shipment, we need the best way to get in touch with you. The courier company will usually call ahead to confirm that someone will be at your location to accept the delivery. If the carrier cannot reach you, they may not be able to deliver your shipment.


Processing time:
All orders will be processed within 1-3 working days and handed over to the factory. Our products are sold to Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, United Kingdom, United States. If your delivery time falls within the holiday season, please add an extra day for delivery. Please check the following table.

Shipping Rates:
We ship to worldwide, all the countries from China. We have two factory addresses. The warehouse where each product is stored is different. Please refer to the time marked on the product details page. Please refer to the table below for the logistics methods and times of the two warehouses.

To confirm your order and track your shipment, please follow the steps below:

Multiple packages:

We will ship your order,and because the packages are too large and too many, sometimes you may receive more than one shipment, but we will not charge you more.

Exchange Request:
If your received the products which are not fit, and would like to exchange it, please follow these steps.
1. Please keep your item keep clean and not to be used or damaged.
2. Contact us by email within 100 natural days after receiving the item, describing your needs and attaching your order information.
3. We will confirm your exchange qualifications, and provide you with an exchange address. You must return the package to our designated return address. If you return the goods without authorization, we will not be responsible for the rejection, loss, damage, etc. of the package.
4. Please allow us 7 working days processing time to inspect and process an exchange. Our factory manager will inspect each returned item.
5. After inspection, your exchanged products will be shipped in 7 working days.
 
Return and refund Request:
If your received the products which are not like, and would like to return it, please follow these steps.
1. Please keep your item keep clean and not to be used or damaged. Returns can only be accepted on products that are unopened, unused, in good condition or with the label still attached to the package.
2. Contact us by an email within 100 natural days after receiving the item, describing your needs and attaching your order information.
3. We will confirm your return qualifications, and provide you with a return address. You must return the package to our designated return address. If you return the goods without authorization, we will not be responsible for the rejection, loss, damage, etc. of the package.
4. Our factory manager will inspect your returned item in 7 working days. After inspection, your refunds will return your original payment method or store balance within 7 working days.
 
If you would like to return and refund an unshipped item, please follow the steps below.
1. Contact us by an email immediately, describing your needs and attaching your order information.
3. We will confirm your return qualifications, and send you an email to confirm your cancelation.
4. Your refunds will return your original payment method or store balance within 7 working days.
 
Exchange or Return handling fees
Customers do not need to bear exchange or return handling fees. Shipping costs are as follows.

Shipping Lost:
We only use USPS, UPS, FEDEX top service shipping companies. If any item or package is missing, please perform the following steps.
(1) Send an email to tell us your order numbers, logistics order number.
(2) We will work with the carrier to locate your items, approximately 7 working days. If your shipment is located, we will proceed with delivery to your location.
 
Shipping damaged or broken:
(1) Please do not sign for any damaged packages. If you notice that the package is broken, please have the delivery person file a shipping damage claim immediately, and note it clearly on the delivery receipt before signing for it.
(2) Take photos of damaged items and packaging, and save the damaged packaging material for inspection, and write down the shipping box numbers.
(3) Keep a copy of your delivery receipt.
(4) Contact us an email for your order information, damaged photos, and shipping box numbers within 2 working days. And we will help you get the compensation from the shipping company as soon as possible.

Scope of Warranty

We offer a three-year warranty on our custom sponge cushion products from the date of purchase, subject to normal use conditions. This warranty policy is only applicable to the original purchaser (“you”) and is only valid in the country/region where the product was purchased. 

The warranty service includes:

Material and manufacturing defects

Internal structure problems of the sponge

Stitching and craftsmanship issues

Warranty Exclusions

The following situations are not covered by the warranty:

Abnormal use, wear and tear, intentional or accidental damage.

Improper use, poor maintenance, or failure to follow the product instructions.

Unauthorized repair, modification, or other tampering.

Use of non-original parts, accessories, or components.

Damage caused by natural disasters, fires, collisions, or other force majeure factors

Warranty period has expired.

Warranty Procedures

Contact Customer Service: If your product has a warranty issue within the warranty period, please contact our online customer service or submit a warranty request via email. 

Provide Information: Please provide proof of purchase (such as order number, invoice, etc.) and describe the problem with the product in detail. If possible, please attach photos or videos of the problem.

Confirmation and Verification: After receiving your warranty request, our customer service staff will review and verify the issue. If it meets the warranty conditions, we will arrange for repair or replacement services.

Repair/Replacement: Once the problem is confirmed, we will arrange for repair or replacement of the product based on the specific situation. The repaired or replaced product will continue to enjoy the remaining warranty period.

Shipping the Product: If you need to ship the product to a designated repair point, please ensure that you package the product properly to avoid damage during transportation. The shipping cost is borne by the customer.

Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the only and exclusive remedy provided by this warranty policy for damaged products is repair or replacement. We are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this product.

This warranty policy does not affect any other statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
