How to add special notes to my order?
Yes. There will be an "Add order note" text box near the bottom of the cart page. Use the Order Notes to specify alternate locations for zippers and ties, or to include special delivery instructions.
How thick do I make my custom cushions?
US cushions are built with a firm 70D high-density foam, providing superior support. For optimal comfort, we recommend a thickness of 3-4 inches. This thickness ensures that you won't feel the chair beneath. The appropriate thickness of the cushion depends on the user's weight: we recommended to use thicker cushions.

Every custom cushion is one-of-a-kind, made just for you. Once we get your exact measurements and specifications, it usually takes about 3-4 weeks to create your dream cushions and ship them from our workshop. we will update the tracking detail to you ASAP. Track Order

Why will my cushions is compressed?

How can I clean the dirty covers?
For our outdoor waterproof fabric, we recommend a simple wipe down with a towel. Please avoid machine washing as this can damage the fabric's surface structure and compromise its waterproof properties. Indoor fabrics can be machine washed, but please avoid soaking them in hot water, as this may affect the color.
Tips for custom
Ideal seat height
- From an ergonomic perspective, optimal seating comfort is generally found with a cushion height of 18" to 21" from the floor. This allows most individuals to comfortably rest their feet. To achieve this ideal height, the platform or bench should be constructed between 14" and 17" from the ground, accommodating a cushion thickness of 2" to 4". This configuration ensures a final seating height within the recommended 18" to 22" range.
Choose Right Color
- When choosing indoor cushions, neutral colors like black, white, and gray are often the best choice, allowing other design elements to take center stage, unless your home features a dominant, vibrant color.
- For outdoor cushions, opt for natural hues like blues, greens, and yellows to harmonize with the outdoor environment and enhance the natural beauty of your space.
Allow Ample Time
- For time-sensitive orders, such as those for special occasions, we recommend placing your cushion order 2-3 weeks prior to your event. Because each US cushion is individually handcrafted to your specifications, production requires additional time. You may cancel your order without penalty before production commences, and we guarantee a prompt and hassle-free refund process.
