3. How thick do I make my custom cushions?
- US cushions are built with a firm 70D high-density foam, providing superior support. For optimal comfort, we recommend a thickness of 3-4 inches. This thickness ensures that you won't feel the chair beneath. The appropriate thickness of the cushion depends on the user's weight: we recommended to use thicker cushions.

6. Why will my cushions is compressed?

7. How can I clean the dirty covers?
- For our outdoor waterproof fabric, we recommend a simple wipe down with a towel. Please avoid machine washing as this can damage the fabric's surface structure and compromise its waterproof properties. Indoor fabrics can be machine washed, but please avoid soaking them in hot water, as this may affect the color.
In order to keep shipping costs as low as possible and to provide you with the best possible service, here are some tips for online checkout.
(1) Make sure your shipping address is correct.
(2) Businesses operating outside of a residence will be considered a residential address and any delivery charges will be charged as such.
(3) When placing an order online, provide an accurate phone number. If something goes wrong with your shipment, we need the best way to get in touch with you. The courier company will usually call ahead to confirm that someone will be at your location to accept the delivery. If the carrier cannot reach you, they may not be able to deliver your shipment.
Processing time:
All orders will be processed within 1-3 working days and handed over to the factory. Our products are sold to Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, United Kingdom, United States. If your delivery time falls within the holiday season, please add an extra day for delivery. Please check the following table.

Scope of Warranty
We offer a three-year warranty on our custom sponge cushion products from the date of purchase, subject to normal use conditions. This warranty policy is only applicable to the original purchaser (“you”) and is only valid in the country/region where the product was purchased.
The warranty service includes:
Material and manufacturing defects
Internal structure problems of the sponge
Stitching and craftsmanship issues
Warranty Exclusions
The following situations are not covered by the warranty:
Abnormal use, wear and tear, intentional or accidental damage.
Improper use, poor maintenance, or failure to follow the product instructions.
Unauthorized repair, modification, or other tampering.
Use of non-original parts, accessories, or components.
Damage caused by natural disasters, fires, collisions, or other force majeure factors
Warranty period has expired.
Warranty Procedures

Shipping the Product: If you need to ship the product to a designated repair point, please ensure that you package the product properly to avoid damage during transportation. The shipping cost is borne by the customer.

To the extent permitted by law, the only and exclusive remedy provided by this warranty policy for damaged products is repair or replacement. We are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this product.
