Exchange request
If your cushion doesn't fit as expected, we'll work with you to make it right. Follow these steps to request an exchange.

Keep the item clean and unused. Items that have been used or damaged are not eligible for exchange.

Email us within 100 natural days of receiving your order at support@uscushion.com. Include your order number and a description of the issue.

We confirm your eligibility and provide a designated return address. Do not return the item without written authorization — we cannot be responsible for packages returned without prior approval.

Allow 7 working days for our team to inspect the returned item and process your exchange.

Your replacement ships within 7 working days of inspection approval.
Important: Always ship to the address we confirm by email. Packages sent without authorization or to an incorrect address are not covered.

Cancelling an unshipped order
If you need to cancel before your order has shipped, email us immediately at support@uscushion.com with your order number and your cancellation request.

Because all cushions are made to order, cancellations may not be possible once cutting and production has started. Contact us as early as possible for the best outcome.
Return & exchange shipping costs
Customers do not need to pay any handling fees for exchanges or returns. Responsibility for return shipping costs depends on the reason for the return.
We cover return shipping when:
- The item has a quality defect — please provide photos or video to document the issue.
- We shipped the wrong item.
Customer covers return shipping when:
- You ordered the wrong item or size.
- You changed your mind and no longer want the product.
Lost packages
We ship exclusively with USPS, UPS, and FedEx. If your package appears to be missing, follow these steps.

We open a trace with the carrier. This process takes approximately 7 working days. If your shipment is located, we will arrange delivery to your address.
Damaged or broken packages
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please follow these steps carefully — documentation is required to file a shipping damage claim with the carrier.

Do not sign for a visibly damaged package. Ask the delivery person to file a shipping damage claim on the spot, and note the damage clearly on the delivery receipt before signing.

Photograph the damaged items and packaging. Save all damaged packaging materials and note the shipping box numbers.

Keep a copy of your delivery receipt.
