How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders typically arrive within 20–25 days from the date of purchase. Most orders are dispatched within 7 business days of production completion. Delivery time may vary slightly depending on your location and local customs processing.

My tracking number isn't showing any updates yet.

Tracking information can take 3–4 days to update after your order ships. This is normal — the carrier system syncs on a delay. If there's still no movement after 4 days, feel free to contact us with your order number.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide. Whether you're in the US, Canada, Europe, or Australia, we've got you covered. Please note that customs duties or import fees may apply depending on your country and are the buyer's responsibility.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

You have a 36-hour window after placing your order to cancel or request a size change. After that, production begins and changes are no longer possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make adjustments.

What if my package shows delivered but I haven't received it?

First check with neighbors, building reception, or any secure spots nearby. Carriers sometimes scan packages as delivered a day early. If it still hasn't arrived after 2 business days, contact us and we'll file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.

What carriers do you use?

We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and regional carriers depending on your destination. All orders include a tracking number sent to your email once dispatched.

My cushion arrived damaged. What should I do?

We're sorry to hear that. Please take photos of the damage and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible — no complicated return process required.

I ordered multiple items — will they arrive together?

Yes, all items in the same order are produced and shipped together so they arrive at the same time.
