How do I measure without messing up?
Don't just measure your old cushions—they might have sagged! Measure the actual platform. For complex curves, we recommend making a cardboard template. Take photos from multiple angles, and our team will guide you through the rest.

What is your warranty and return policy?
We provide a 2-year manufacturing warranty on craftsmanship. While custom orders are non-returnable due to their specific dimensions, if we made the error, we will replace it at zero cost to you.
