We can create any dimension you need. Popular choices include:

What fabrics are best for high-use areas?
For kids, pets, or high-traffic living rooms, we recommend Performance Fabrics like Crypton or Revolution. They are stain-resistant and feature a moisture barrier. For luxury, our Performance Velvet offers an elegant look with surprising durability.
Can I use indoor fabrics for my patio pillows?
Not recommended. Indoor fabrics will fade in the sun and attract mildew. We suggest Sunbrella or solution-dyed acrylics for outdoor use—they are UV-stabilized, water-repellent, and designed to survive the elements year-round.
Can I mix fabrics or add piping?
Yes! This is where you get creative. You can choose a bold pattern for the front and a solid for the back. Adding contrasting piping (welting) defines the shape and provides that high-end, professional finish.

Will my custom pillow flatten over time?
Unlike big-box store pillows, USCUSHION uses premium high-resiliency inserts. Our Down Alternative and dense poly-fiber fills are designed to maintain their "plump" look for 5-7+ years with regular fluffing.
Are the covers removable and washable?
Standard on every order! Our pillows feature concealed zippers. Most of our performance and outdoor fabrics are machine-washable (cold, gentle cycle). We provide specific care labels for every fabric type chosen.
How do I choose the right firmness?
It’s all about function. Medium is our most popular for general comfort. Firm is ideal for lumbar support or large floor pillows. Soft/Plush is perfect for decorative "karate chop" styling or napping.
How long does custom production take?
Expect 2-3 weeks for production, plus 5-7 business days for shipping. Pro Tip: Order fabric samples first ($2-5 each) to ensure the color perfectly matches your room's lighting before we start sewing.
What is your return and warranty policy?
Since pillows are made to your exact specs, they are non-returnable for "change of mind." However, we offer a 2-year manufacturing warranty covering seams, zippers, and foam defects. If we make an error, we fix it—guaranteed.
